I went to SUNTORY YAMAZAKI DISTILLERY.
I went to SUNTORY YAMAZAKI DISTILLERY, it's the birthplace of Japanese whisky.
It takes 10 minutes by train from Kyoto station. Easily accessible!
I joined Yamazaki Distillery Tour(Paid.1,000 yen/80 mins).
Audio guide describing the production is available in English, Chinese and French.
In the beginning they introduced the craftsmen's dedication to producing a variety of distinctive whiskies at the Yamazaki Distillery.

In the beginning they introduced the craftsmen's dedication to producing a variety of distinctive whiskies at the Yamazaki Distillery.
It's wrapped up in the mellow fragrance.
Then I tasted the unblended whisky (not for sale) that made up Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky.
The staff taught me how to tasting method of whisky.
Each whisky has its own color.
The pure 100% YAMAZAKI highball made with water from Yamazaki and ice cube.
This is number 1 highball in my life!!!
