Notice about room rates and Cancellation Policy reversion

Information about room rates revision                                                                

Thank you very much for using our guesthouse.

Please be notified that as from 1/1/2017, we will revise room rates.

We will make great effort to improve service quality in order to provide better service.

It is our sincerest wish that you will kindly understand our situation and continue to support us by repeating your orders the same as before.

New Rate (From 1/1/2017)

Dormitory (the prices include tax) : 1 bed 3,500 yen

Private room (the prices include tax) : 1 person/room 7,000 yen 
                                                         2 people/room 10,000 yen
                                                         3 people/room 12,000 yen　

　　

Cancellation Policy                                                                                     

Please note that our cancellation policy is of 5 days before your arrival.

2-5 days before: We will charge 30% of the rate.

1 day before: We will charge 50% of the rate.

On the day or no-shows: We will Charge 100% of the rate.
